- Initial Consultation
We talk with you and your support team to understand your needs and goals. - Home Visit by an Occupational Therapist (OT)
a qualified SmartRehab OT assesses your home and identifies risk or barriers. - Detailed Report with Recommendations
We provide a report with photos, suggested modifications, and justifications for NDIS approval. - Collaboration with Builders and Providers
We can connect with your chosen builder or help source one. - Ongoing Support
We follow up to ensure your modifications meet your needs post-installation.
